We have a bunch of wine that we need to taste and decide whether the bottles are a good fit for the glass pour list, bottle list, or to pass. David finds it helpful to hear other people’s opinions about wine, so we thought we’d combine the two into Wine Opinion Wednesday - WOW. This is a sit down tasting where we’ll open at least 5 wines (possibly a couple more) to taste and discuss. The wines are from all over the world, with all sorts of grapes, both familiar and obscure. This is a fun way for you to experience what sommeliers do for a living and lend your opinion to help us decide what we want to offer at the bar. We’ll taste, talk, and David will be happy to answer questions about the specific wines we’re (hopefully) enjoying and or about wine in general.
