David will discuss food and wine pairing, specifically around this often tough to pair meal and what works and what doesn’t. What’s even more exciting is he’ll share WHY these wines work and even how to make a difficult to pair food more wine friendly. This is a chance to have your questions about food and wine pairing answered (even beyond the Thanksgiving table). We’ll also go over some rules and ideas for how to make your holiday a great experience.
