Together we will explore glassware, specifically the shape of the wine glass and how it changes the taste, smell and texture of the wine. You may have wondered about the different shapes of the glasses we use at Pulling Corks, and why we put specific wines in certain glasses and not others. There are some guidelines of course but the most important test is checking it out for yourself. Come and taste 2 wines from 3 different glasses, to see how different shapes add or detract from each wine.
