Together we will taste and talk about natural and traditional wines and how they differ in both flavor and winemaking decisions. Natural wines can be controversial, and some people really don’t like them while others are exclusively devoted to them. This is an important area to get a better sense of because it will help you navigate wine lists so you can order the style of wine you will actually enjoy!
