Check This Out! Tasting - Godmé-Guillaume Champagne
Last week we went to an amazing Champagne tasting at Aragosta, where 5 champagne makers were in attendance. One of them was brand new to us - Godmé-Guillaume.
We were so impressed with Matthieu and his champagnes that we wanted to host a tasting of just his goodies. Plus it seemed like a great way to kick off the holiday season and give you an opportunity to enjoy and even purchase some fantastic champagne.
The cool thing about Matthieu is that he only has vines in Verzenay, Verzy, and Villers-Marmery. This means we can really get into the terroir and differences between these 3 villages, all of which are some of the best in the region! If you want to nerd out with some terroir specific champagnes you should join us. If you simply want to enjoy some delightful champagnes you should join us. If you don’t like champagne, you should come change your mind because these wines are delicious!
