The Deep Dive is a new tasting series where we’ll focus on one producer or region and go deep! 

We know that everyone is partied out from the holidays, Dry-uary is a thing, and there are people out there that choose not to drink yet appreciate interesting beverages, so we decided to offer a tasting of delicious (yes actually delicious), compelling, and alive non-alcoholic beverages from MURI Liquid Gastronomy. MURI is a Copenhagen based producer of the best gastronomic beverages we’ve tasted, they like to say gastronomic beverage instead of non-alcoholic wine, and we agree - these are thoughtfully crafted, fermented and fascinating offerings. Too often we hear non-alcoholic and think sweet, or poor quality or over processed stuff that’s non-drinkable. MURI, by contrast, makes delicious beverages that have been created to pour in the best restaurants and bars in the world. In fact, their team started at NOMA, which for many years was THE best restaurant in the world. Join us to taste through 5 of their beverage lineup, including ones that are modeled after sparkling wine, saké, and even red wine. Seriously, these are delicious and are a treat for drinkers and non-drinkers alike.
